Sunnyside (strip district)

Parking can be difficult; there is off-site parking in a lot a block or so away, but it may not be available during the weekend or peak times. The strip district is often crowded with tourists and visitors are best finding street parking. It may be frustrating for someone not used to this area during peak hours, so try to go on weekdays.

Prices vary depending on sales, but generally the house brands are less expensive here than other non-Cresco dispensaries. However, non-Cresco products seem to be infrequrntly discounted.

Selection is vast here of Cresco products and, although to a lesser extent, other growers/processors.

House brands are average for the Pennsylvania market and have been changling. Florcal is their solventless rosin, Cresco Labs is their hydrocarbon extracts, Supply is their budget brand.

Overall this dispensary can be annoying and inconvenient, but it is worth considering if there is a good sale and you are in the area or can get there easily.

Delta 9 (Lawrenceville)

Rating: 5/10

new patient discount: 10%
parking: lot

Parking is easy with a lot and plenty of street parking if the lot is full.

Prices Not great. This and the selection are the main reasons for the rating. The sales here are usually soon-to-expire products or are usually limited to 10-15% off. All sales/discounts aside, this place has the same average prices as others, but comparitively Delta 9 offers fewer sales to lower the prices.

Selection is OK. It's not the widest selection in town but it is adequate unless you are looking for something specific.

Overall this dispensary is not a multi-state operator (MSO) and does not have a vertical grow license, so they are disadvantaged. While this provides a reason to choose Delta 9 over other options in the city, we wish that their prices/deals/discounts were more competitive to make this an easier choice.

Ayr Wellness (Gibsonia)

Parking is not an issue since there is a huge parking lot.

Prices The only reason for the rating. With their regular 30% off discount and loyalty point program, this place has the lowest prices in town. House brands aren't great but are often further discounted.

Selection is pretty decent. Missing some PA brands but usually stocking a sufficient amount to choose from. House brands are average or below average for the PA market, but there are some exceptions. Seven Hills is their greenhouse flower and often inexpensive, and decent for the price. Revel is indoor flower but not great. Lost in Translation is a so-called premium brand that is just avergage flower. Orygyn concentrates are harsh and the cartrdiges have been below average.

Overall this dispensary is a bit far from the city (up Route 8) but has the lowest prices if you look for the sales. The sales are also store-wide so there is less to figure out.
